Small Steps, Big changes
Prepare your kid to the world
Sense of discipline, hierarchy, and respect: Like most martial arts, jiu-jitsu prizes respect. Following their coaches’ instructions and learning about hierarchy changes children’s view of the world.
Self Confident kids
Dealing with victories and losses promotes self-confidence: Learning new techniques, upgrading belt colors, and winning competitions provide kids with a sense of accomplishment. Thriving in life or at jiu-jitsu is not to say stepping over others: we don’t always win, and there is a lot to learn from our losses.
Friendship
Jiu-jitsu is about integration and interaction, and there’s room for everyone: It is impossible to practice jiu-jitsu and not to socialize: friendships naturally develop on the mat during the sport’s practice. Qualities such as cooperation, partnership, and friendship are formed by learning jiu-jitsu.
Quality of Life
Physical well-being: Jiu-jitsu is a physical activity, it is not just about the body, but also the mind. We all know it: healthy mind, healthy body!
Self-defense
Jiu-jitsu is a great martial art whose benefits include building self-defense skills.

Absolutely love the professors, they are always so helpful and professional. My daughter started just a couple months after she turned 3 and is now on her 7th class. Being so young she requires more attention when it comes to learning take down techniques and they work with her so diligently. Clean facility, bathrooms are always clean and they always have hand sanitizer for everyone to use at their leisure. The classes include physical activities such as with jumping jacks, bear crawls, shuffling, learning Jui-Jitsu moves, and a little fun/challenge at the end of class. They are very welcoming, patient but stern. Highly recommend .

The classes always start on time, which we really appreciate. We’re also happy with the new extra seating areas — it’s a great improvement. Training at Trein Club has been incredibly positive for my son. It’s teaching him discipline, helping build his core and overall strength, and most importantly, it’s boosting his confidence day by day.

Coaches are great! Super great with kids too. Firm but kind. My son did his first takedown yesterday and it's only his 4th class!
