A Truly Exciting Way To Get Fit
If you don’t like to work out at a gym because you get bored, you’re not alone. Many of our students in Trein Club were tired of going to the gym, and they couldn’t find new songs or audio books to entertain them on the treadmill. They found Jiu-Jitsu to be the perfect workout because it requires a high level of concentration proportional to the amount of calories burned and pounds lost. What’s more, you’ll still learn to defend yourself.
It’s a win-win situation.

Brazilian jiu-jitsu for kids
One of the most unique characteristics about our schools is our family-orientated approach. Trein Club is proud to be a powerhouse with the most stalwart champions of Jiu-Jitsu in the world while still maintaining a training environment that is welcoming for the whole family: men, women, and children. At Trein Club, families find marvelous activities through which to spend quality time together.

This training facility is an absolute hidden gem. It is full of disciplined practitioners and highly awarded instructors. Not only is Professor Pedro Araujo a 4 time world champion, he is a master of the art of BJJ, which makes him a highly effective teacher. He makes complex techniques and skills simple by breaking them down and sharing the key actions. Other things that are great about this place are the cleanliness, showers, and community. Everyone is supportive and friendly despite what you may think of a gym like this. I highly encourage anyone at any level to come give this place a try.

My son has been going to Trein Club since it opened. We were looking for a sport he’d enjoy — after trying football and baseball with no success. In the beginning, he wasn’t used to physical activity and had low self-confidence. Professor Pedro was key: always encouraging, pushing him, and reminding him he could do it. Within six months, everything changed. He had more energy, his body transformed, and he started walking with a new confidence. Now, at 14, he trains with the adults, never misses a class, and truly admires Professor Pedro — a patient, passionate instructor who connects with the kids and makes a real difference.

I love everything about this place. The professors are world champions who seem to know infinite variations of every technique, yet the gym still feels welcoming to beginners and people of all skill levels. This week marks one year of BJJ training for me, and I've seen some pretty dramatic positive changes in my physical and mental health. My seven year-old son is also enrolled here so BJJ is a family activity for us. He loves to remind me that he's a higher belt than me.

The instructor was excellent, the facilities were great, and I could tell by how well all of the students got along, and by how welcoming and helpful they were, that the team at Trein Club cares about the culture and atmosphere they maintain at the gym. I'm really glad I joined and that I started my journey here. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been taking classes for 6 months and she loves it! She actually doesn’t really enjoy sports but Jiu Jitsu has been great for her. I think it mostly has to do with the professors- they are tough, fair and kind. My daughter is timid and she cried when she started (more than once). The professors worked with her and her confidence has grown so much! She is so happy she has stuck with it and now looks forward to going. This has been such a great program, thank you guys for all you’ve done!
