Our facilities

A Space Designed for Community, Excellence, and Well-Being

Trein Club spans 19,000 square feet of open-concept design in the heart of Houston. Every detail of the space has been carefully curated. Natural light, premium materials, and state-of-the-art equipment—all working together to create an environment that feels both high-end and deeply human.

This is not a place to disappear into machines. It’s a place to show up—for your health, your progress, and your people.

Cleanliness and care for the design and details are essential parts of the Trein experience. At Trein Club, our space is thoughtfully designed to reflect our commitment to well-being, safety, and respect for every person.

Facilities are cleaned consistently throughout the day, and all uniforms are expected to be washed regularly to maintain a high standard of hygiene and comfort for everyone who trains with us.
