Private Trainning: Learn Faster

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, like any sport or skill, rewards those who work hard and train smart. Group classes offer the best environment to learn, as training with a variety of partners challenges you in different ways, accelerating your progress. However, private lessons are an essential complement for any serious practitioner.

A focused 30- or 60-minute session with one of our instructors provides personalized guidance that can significantly improve your technique and game flow.

We highly recommend that every student take at least one private lesson per month to review techniques and address specific challenges in their Jiu-Jitsu journey.
